We want you to be satisfied with Live Subtitles. This Refund Policy explains when and how you may request a refund for purchases made through our supported payment channels.
You may request a full refund within 14 days of the original purchase date if the purchased credits (minutes) or subscription have not been substantially used. This 14-day window applies to all customers worldwide and is consistent with the consumer protection requirements of the European Union for digital products and services.
To be eligible for a refund:
For recurring subscriptions, you may cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund the current billing period. The 14-day refund window applies to each initial subscription purchase. Renewals are not refundable after the 14-day window of that renewal, except where required by law.

Refunds for purchases made through the Microsoft Store are handled directly by Microsoft under the Microsoft Store refund policy. Please request these refunds through your Microsoft account order history. We will assist where possible, but we cannot process refunds for Microsoft Store transactions on Microsoft's behalf.
For purchases processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd (the Merchant of Record), Paddle handles the actual refund to your payment method. After your refund request is approved, refunds are typically processed within 3–10 business days. The exact timing depends on your bank or card issuer.
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us, we reserve the right to suspend your account and any associated credits while the dispute is investigated. We encourage you to contact us first so we can resolve the issue directly.
This policy does not affect any statutory rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence, including consumer protection rights that cannot be waived by contract.
